Terms of service
Cancellation Policy
- The deposit paid to confirm the booking is non-refundable.
- If the customer does not show up for the tour, the full amount will still be charged.
- If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before departure, the customer must pay the full agreed amount, including the deposit.
If you book a tour for a certain duration and pay a deposit to secure that time slot, but then decide to shorten the tour at the last minute, the price remains unchanged if the modification happens within 48 hours before departure.
Example: if you book a 4-hour tour but on the same day you decide to shorten it to 3 hours, you will still be charged for 4 hours.
If we need to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour for another date.
Onboard Rules
- Shoes, flip-flops, and sharp objects are not allowed onboard to avoid damage to the boat. Guests must remain barefoot or wear socks.
- The use of illegal substances or drugs is strictly prohibited. If a guest or a member of the group shows up in an unfit condition (intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, etc.), we may deny boarding, even to only part of the group, with no refund.
- Smoking policy:
- Smoking is not allowed while cruising.
- Electronic cigarettes and vape devices are permitted.
- Traditional cigarettes may only be smoked when the boat is stationary, in the rear platform area.
Delays & Boarding Time
- If you arrive late, the tour will not be extended, and the lost time will not be recovered.
- A significant delay may result in the cancellation of the tour and the full amount being charged.
Examples:
- Tour booked from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, you arrive at 2:30 PM → the tour will still end at 4:00 PM, and you will lose 30 minutes.
- Tour scheduled from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, you arrive at 4:00 PM → the tour is canceled, and you will still have to pay the full amount.
If you are running late, please notify us via WhatsApp or call us, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on our schedule.
Occasionally, due to operational reasons, we may experience a slight delay. If you have a tight schedule, let us know at the time of booking to prevent inconveniences.
Example: You book a tour from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, but we arrive 15 minutes late. If you didn’t inform us beforehand that you must finish exactly at 2:00 PM, the tour will still last for the full 2 hours.
Weather Conditions & Rescheduling
- If the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events, you can choose between a full refund or rescheduling the tour for another time/date.
- If the weather is suitable for cruising but the customer chooses not to proceed, no refund will be given, and the full amount will be charged.
- If the weather does not allow for safe navigation, we will do our best to reschedule your tour or, if necessary, offer a refund.
- If we must cancel the tour for operational reasons, we will provide an alternative option or a full refund.
Damages & Cleaning
If a guest damages the boat or excessively dirties it, they will be responsible for covering the cost of repairs or additional cleaning.
Health Issues Onboard
If you feel unwell during the tour, inform the captain immediately. Adjustments such as reducing speed or stopping can be made for your comfort.
If the tour must be interrupted due to a guest’s sickness, no refund will be issued.
Guests are responsible for:
- Ensuring they can swim.
- Avoiding entering the water immediately after eating (recommended wait time: at least 2 hours).
- Being cautious when diving and swimming for extended periods.
